Designed with a tiered hem frill for extra frothy, voluminous styling—perfect for twirling. Adorned with signature Needle & Thread frills at the waistband and skirt tier. Designed to be styled with our Hallie Kids Bomber Jacket, to create the perfect statement party co-ord.
