The Tulle Kids Skirt in Dusk Pink. The skirt is made up of generous layers of net and tulle with a sweeping hemline. This style has a tiered hem frill for extra frothy voluminous styling – perfect for twirling. Adorned with signature Needle & Thread frills at the waistband and skirt tier. Designed to be styled with our Emily Lace Georgette Bomber for the perfect statement party co-ord.
