Crafted in chiffon with a voluminous trapeze shape, it embodies Needle & Thread's signature silhouette, perfect for twirling. Designed with short puff sleeves with elasticated cuffs and gathered ruffles, along with chiffon-edged neckline, shoulders, and skirt tiers, add a charming finish. Ideal for your little one's next event.
